Nightmare, Ignored, Incorrect, and inconsistent, experience with Discovery throughout.

Today is Monday, and Friday past you quoted us one amount for Insurance on the phone. Then when we received your email, you had a different amount listed, PLUS you addressed the email to wrong person/name!!!!!!!

If you cannot even get my name correct, and you quote one amount but then contract another amount, how can I trust you???

I immediately rep**** NO! I do not want this insurance because you obviously have challenges, You have however sent me SMS's and more emails, congratulating and welcoming me to an insurance I said No to!!

This is unacceptable and nightmare.

In fact, moving all our Medical Aids, Insurances, Banking, etc into the Discovery Basket, has been a nightmarish experience.

So bitterly disappointming.....
