Nhlakanipho Vilakazi
Nhlakanipho sought to solve every problem I raised in a professional, friendly manner, but also in a manner which made me feel like he was on my side. He also uses the products himself and so could speak to my issues from a first-hand / user’s perspective. I can be a painful customer and Nhlakanipho was patient throughout a 75 minute marathon call.
