Another car drove into me in July I had to drive with busted tail light and huge dunk in the back of my car for almost a month had to fight with discovery to get a sooner appointment and they eventually came back with Eljoney panel beaters I left my car there after two a half weeks I got my car back and a 2018 vehicle I had only for 3 months looks like a piece of rubish the paint job is done poorly the ampetures are inconsistent like the one side of my boot I can fit my fingers and the other can’t even fit my pinky , my number plate that was replaced at the back does not correspond with the one in front/ Original , my back door does not lock there are scratches on the bumper how did this car go trough a quality check ? and these people put extra Kilometers on my vehicle I left it there just over 5000km when got it back it was 6400Km I have a factory warranty on my car that I will loose based its current condition and I will hold discovery liable for this at this moment I am driving *******ly on the roads based on the number plates if I am pulled over and fined that is on discovery words can not even explain the torment I am going trough right now to see something I am going to pay for many years busted and broken I fail to sleep at night and it’s hard , Insurance is putting a person in the same financial position prior to the loss discovery has done no such this is not treating clients fairly and I will seek legal assist and take it up with the Ombudsman if discovery can’t replace new for new like they sell it over the phones there will be a problem i will go to the newspapers .
