Never want to deal with Discovery Insurance again.

During the heavy rains, I had to drive through flooded streets. After driving through that electronics in my car started failing. I put a claim in, thinking because it was weather related damage to my car I would not have to pay excess. To my surprise I had to pay the excess. The story I was told why I had to pay changed from, water already on the ground doesn't count as weather related, to there is no water damage to my car.

It would be one thing if I was told right upfront the assessors didn't find any water damage but to change the story every time I queried why I needed to pay the excess. They weren't upfront with me from the beginning. And the manager I finally spoke too was rude and unprofessional.
