Never paid me out

<p>I accrued six months of rewards back in cash. When it came to paying me out, they gave me a ref number and took 5 business days to get back to me. Then they tell me i forfeited all my funds for 6 months, because i switched plans. They also told me that it is their fault that no one told me, but they dont care, and there is nothing they can do!!! Dont believe their cash back ****s</p>
