Never insuring my car with Discovery.

Im insured with discovery: I was in an accident on the 4th, till today my claim has not been finalized. I had to call your call centre over and over again just to discoverbthat its un economical to fix my car. You then allocated a claim administrator to me just to discover the number on email doesnt work. I had to call via the call centre to be put on hold whiles she could talk to me. Just to discover my car was over insured. I dont determine the premiums. I need to know what will happen to the extra money i was paying because im now offer the market value of the car i was driving. Is discovery now making profit on my extra premium. I neec clarity on that. Last night i got an email thaf my car will be repaired to later get an email telling me to ignore that email and just sign the loss agreement. Really i feel this is just unproffessional and dont value as a castomer. I want the issue with my car being over insured to be clarified and reimbursed for it. Your service is poor.
