Never insure your car with Discovery Insure, You will cry blood!!!!

My car went in for an assessment on the 3rd of April, the car was only booked in for repairs on the 30th of April. Today is the 4th of June and I still do not have my car back. I have been sent from pillar to post regarding a missing part on the bumper that has still not been delivered. I asked that my car be given back to me however was told that they stripped my car and cannot give it to me, i then told them to put in the old bumper and give me back my ****ing car but i was still told no. How am I supposed to get to work without a car because Discovery would not extend the courtesy car ? At Which point does one seek legal assistance to be given my car back. I have 5 different products with Discovery, I will be calling to cancel all my policies because such service is unacceptable.
