Never insure anything through Discovery Insure

Our Ford got ****** on the 27th of January in Kempton Park. My husband have signed the payment offer more then 2 weeks back. So there policy states that payment will take place between 48 and 72 Hours. This is now according to Mr Renier Du Pleassis - not the truth!!!!! After the first 72 hours we had to phone them again, then all of a sudden it was stated that now they need the keys and all original paperwork. Well that was done. And now it is again 72 hours later and still nothing.

Oooo and then I don't even want to talk about our broker, Attie Rossouw. This is now the person who is getting money every month for doing nothing. It is his responsibility to sort this out and he is nowhere to be found. Attie, you will be surly loose our business. All of it.

And then nobody has said anything about the second claim. All the valuables that was in the vehicle. The only thing Attie could say was "I hope your are not going to claim laptop's" In other words - we have been seen as plain ********* by our broker before we even put in the claim.

We only have one vehicle at this stage - how the hell must we get to work if I work in JHB and my husband in Centurion.
