NEVER GO TO DISCOVERY YOU WILL REGRET IT
Trust me if I say you will regret it if you go to Discovery insute . <br> I went over beginig of august , I regret it all ready . <br> They dont have customer service I took their Tracker and I had to go to them to install it . The are the ONLY tracking company that does not go out to their client . <br> Then They Stole over R1 000 by me . <br> No one told me that the will charge me a just over R1000 if I make my debit order date on the 15 . <br> If Someone told me that I would have change it to the first . <br> So they point blank stole that money by me. <br> I am handing this matter over to my legal department as well , and bussy cancelling my insurance wiuth them . <br> <br> Please be careful if you go to them they are a bunch of ****** . <br> <br>
As discussed the billing on your new policy would have been a matter that your broker discussed at the time you accepted cover and chose a billing date.
We have referred your concerns to your broker's office and they confirmed your discussions yesterday, where a full explanation for the amounts billed on your account was communicated to you.
We can accept that you are not happy with the explanation and want to take the matter to your legal office. While we cannot stop you from doing that, we can however offer amicable solution to you.
Since that has failed so far, we referred the matter to your broker and they will contact you again in order to work out a workable resolution on the concerns raised.
