Never fails to please customers. Exceptional service
I wanted assistance with my policy and a advisor by the name of Thato Mthetwa who was so exceptional with the service ,he was efficient and well informed . There is no way can leave an insurance which always meets the needs of the customers with a smile and quick access. He went extra mile of following up with my claim and ensuring all requirements are met without failure. Thank you very much Thato for hussle free assistance along side with a noble insurance company Discovery. Claim number ***.
