Nett assess and Discovery

Good day "Discovery"

I come here with a Sad heart reporting on how you Guys deliver service delivery.

I had numerous claims with you guys for house hold and they toog good care of me and my claims.

Last week 14/03/24 my wife was involved in a motor vehicle accident which left her with a Broken toe. Shockingly this happened right in front of the Discovery building and the claims consultant who responded to the Impact alert was kind enough to ek knowledge that he can see it from his Window.

It's been almost a week now after taking the vehicle for Assessment at your Drive in center which feels like Hell With the heat Down in a Ba*****t.

And No one seems to care, the assessor told me that "towbar" needed to be specified Go and listen to the convo when I took out the policy, if it was asked or did we buy the art that way, I will Fight you untill You fit each and every part, your policy clearly indicates that you put me back in the same situation as before accident!!!!

I initially asked for Renew it Randburg but not Sure how my vehicle ended up in the other side of town Car world Panel Beaters.

This is after I told the Lady assessor who I would like to repair the vehicle...

Lastly I totally understand the policy regarding Second and And alternate parts as I am Senior at a Leading Insurance company..

All I asked for was for a genuine R/ f Headlamp as myself and my wife wears glasses and difficult to see at night.

So please get yourself together for a Long fight if I am not assisted in the way I insured my vehicle.. This in promise you!!!!!
