NET ASSESS failed to pitch for reassessment.

Hi Peter<br> <br> I don't know if the Discovery Insure department is equipped with the right people who are capable to handle insurance claims. I was once involved in an accident and my third party claim was handled very professionally compared to Discovery Insure. The discovery insure assessor was supposed to pitch at BMW Alberante on Friday the 25th of September 2015 to do a reassessment on my vehicle because he messed up the first time around especially when it came to prices of parts. The BMW Estimator waited for him the whole day on Friday and he never pitched neither send in his apology for not coming. its now two months that my claim is not finalized and now my car is standing at BMW Alberante without being fixed because the Discovery Insure Assessor is not coming to the party.
