Neglecting and Rejecting Claims without a valid reason

Discovery insure has a tendency of neglecting my claims until I write them here. I logged a claim for the earthquake damages to my property. It was rejected with no valid reason and evidence to the claims. I submitted clear proof and evidence of the damages and their assessor who came saw the damages. I logged a dispute which was never attended to. I have had a horrible experience with Discovery either its car insurance or now the building claims.
