Needed my car towed.

I unfortunately lost my car keys in town & didn't have spare ones. Called Discovery Insure to have them organise a tow truck for me to take the car to the dealership so they can make new keys for me. I spoke to an agent over the phone by the name Sbu Kolondiya, he managed to calm me down as I was in panick mode as it was getting late. Tow truck arrived on time that day & got assistance. I only went to collect my car yesterday at the dealership and Sbu has been kind enough to follow through. He deserves a raise, excellent customer service! #DiscoveryDidGood
