Need to Discover and explore elsewhere

Eventually managed to report a claim for theft out of my vehicle on Saturday. I tried the fancy app. Called Discovery 911 told me to find a Glasfit and pay self. At 1st @Decious wanted to charge me an excess - I had to explain how my policy works. So if I didn't know - I would have had to pay. Then he had long stories for not wanting to pay for the ****** items. Eventually decided to pay on a "business decision". After they deduct excess for something that is apparently not covered and still apply limits? Well 72 hours for the payment since Monday has come and gone and I get a new notification of another 72 hours to wait? Well pulled a few strings and got the window ordered - self. They never sent authorization to Glasfit. I had to wait more than 3 hours for the window repair due to their delay in sending athorisation... Oh wait that's not all .. now I need to pay Glasfit self R480 for smash and grab. This after I sent the broker my purchase invoice of my vehicle... No one told me I need to add extra's. Discovery has seen my vehicle twice since I added it last year. They didn't even say I must ADD anything... Cant help to wonder what I will "Discover" when I have a big loss. Well guess I'll have to explore other options. I've been paying R3000+ per month and they give me a wink for R480. ...
