WOW, today I most certainly did not expect when I unfortunately had to cancelled my insurance that I would be met with such a friendly and helpful man. Mathibedi Chueu from the Retentions department at Discovery Insure, you were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was sad that I had to cancel my policy BUT Mathibedi Chueu was so professional and such a great sales man, that I ended up taking out household insurance that we REALLY needed but didn’t know how to go about it. Then i updated my marital status and got even more discount :) and Mathibedi Chueu is so awesome, the way he explains everything is amazing that a layman can understand. Keep up the great work Mathibedi Chueu as well as Discovery Insure.
