Nature of Compliment : Insure 24 Alarm Response/ Roadside Assist Yesterday morning my son was left stranded in Graff-Reneit with a damaged radiator after striking a buck en-route to Johannesburg. I contacted Discovery Emergency Assist Line and was put into contact with a lady by the name of : “Fezzy Ndumela “. She was absolutely amazing, arranging the car, which was undrivable, to be returned to Johannesburg, arranging a rental from Bloem and constantly keeping in contact with my sons and I as to the progress of the tow truck and arranging everything. She even phoned me after her shift last night owning this entire process for 12 hours on Saturday 12th July 2019 and was even on the phone to me this morning, 13th July to ensure everything was sorted. It is rare that you come across such amazing service from an individual like Fezzy. Thank you so much for your amazing attitude and service. Companies could do with more amazing folk like you. You are a credit to your company and your parents have done an amazing job. Thank you again.
