Michelle Van Zyl from the Insure Specialist Claims has been most helpful with my claim submission. Had my car accident 26 June and 11 July everything was concluded. The constant feedback and sms's was great and her friendly, considerate and sympathetic behaviour during this experiences was refreshing. Truly happy I changed over to Discovery Insure - clearly it is more than a business, they care about their customers.
