Natasja Badenhost Review: Phenomenal

Natasja Badenhost from the claims department at Discovery Insure is so efficient, responsive and helpful.

For the first time in our experiences with many different insurance service providers, we got the service we expected. Natasja was helpful and very fast at arranging the details for our claim to be processed. In comparison to our previous experiences with other providers which left us feeling as though we were being suspiciously questioned and that the insurer did not want to pay or make the process easy.

Natasja was a breath of fresh air. The process was seamless, and she was wonderful. If this is for her performance rating- 5/5!
