<p>I had the unfortunate experience of having an accident with a very prized vehicle of mine. I called in and was attended to by the most amazing , empathetic and efficient proffessional that i have ever came accross. from the word go Natasja ensure that all was taken care of and that i was assured all will be ok. She sent through another amazing soul in the form the tow truck guy , Mr Deven Govender of Roshans Towing - he was at the tow site within 15 minutes of having spoken to Natasja. The care and diiligence that he practice was out of this world. This gave me a much relief that the car was in good hands . The car was then taken to another world class place , Techno star durban . Another amazing guy by the name of Dawood called me within one hour of the car being towed , assured me its been taken the best care of and that all will be ok. this helped in assuring me that my prized vehicle was in the best possible hands , the repair shop quoted me on monday , Discovery assessors assessed on tuesday , authorisation was given on thursday , i was given a merecedes benz c class as a courtesy car as my car that went was also a mercedes , I got to go back to business as usual and my mind set at ease all because of Natasja and the amazing service providers she arranged as mentioned above. I wish Natasja , Deven and Dawood gods choicest blessings in all their days to come. these guys know how to do business and what service is about. I would highly recomend Discovery Insure, Roshans Towing , Techno Star Durban to anyone looking for the greatest service, proffessionalism and effeciency possible in RSA.
