NATASJA BADENHORST - BOREHOLE CLAIM

After initially struggling to get my claim processed my claim was assigned to Natasja Badenhorst at the Sandton Branch of Discovery Insure. What a joy to work with this lady! Natasja processed everything quickly and made regular follow up phone calls to find out how things on my side was progressing. Very professional and takes pride in assisting. I truly hope that should I have another claim that it will be assigned to Natasja straight away.
