Natasja B- The Best Discovery Insure Agent I've ever Dealt with!!!

Where do I begin. I probably made close to 100 calls to get this claim sorted, and I'm not even exaggerating. It's been 10 months. Almost every single agent either transferred me back into the queue, or the discovery phone lines were down, or I kept getting transferred or being told to make a noise to sort this claim out or to put everything in writing. After about 5 and a half months since my vehicle was at Paramount Bodyworks, whom didn't even do the repair in that time and who were absolutely unphased by their workmanship or whether the client would be happy, I had the vehicle towed to another body shop for the repair to get done. GLOBAL AUTOMOTIVE SOLUTIONS in port elizabeth gave me such an amazing experience and had the ENTIRE repair done within a week. I couldn't believe it. Then to get it paid I went through another few days of back and forth. And then I spoke to this Godsent Angel, Natasja B. She was the most pleasant of all of the agents I spoke to and within a matter of hours, had the entire claim wrapped up and seen to. Had it not been for her, I would have lost all hope and would have removed all our businesses and personal policies removed from Discovery Insure and Discovery health etc. She is truly an exemplary example of how an agent should treat a client and her service delivery was unparalleled, to my experience. I wish there was more that I could do to say thank you for alleviating me of this burden.

This lady, in ANY opinion, after having spoke to close to a 100 agents, is one of Discovery Insures BEST employees. In the future, I hope that she handles my affairs.
