Natasja at Discovery Insure saved the day

Natasja handled my claim expertly and efficiently. I had an issue at the panel beaters where my car key broke and in trying to repair it, they damaged the PC board, which would have resulted in me having to spend R3700 to replace it. After explaining my perspective to Natasja, a few phone conversations later, she called me to say that Discovery Insure would refund me the cost of a new key, minus what I would've paid to repair it. She was a lifesaver and I applaud Discovery Insure for their forward thinking and having their customers' backs. Thank you Natasja!
