Nabilah Dawood

<p>I had an unfortunate small incident with my vehicle and logged the claim with Nabilah. She was absolutely awesome and resolved my claim speedily and professionally. She constantly kept me in the loop. Unfortunately whilst busy with that claim another driver drove into me. As always discovery phoned me and my vehicle was towed away. Simon Farisane has been dealing with this claim. I've been battling to get hold of Simon for the last 3 weeks. I've received emails from Simon requesting information from the other insurance company. I've not had any joy from the other insurance party and contacted discovery to speak to Simon so that he can assist. This was 3 weeks ago. To date I am still waiting for Simon or his manager to contact me. Today I phoned through to discover call centre to speak to Simon again. Again he was not available. But Nabilah pick up my call. Again she's gone out of her way to assist me and I got some feedback on my claim. Which Simon has done nothing about. Nabilah is an asset to Discovery Insure and an absolute superstar. I would definitely feel more comfort if my claim can be taken over by her. Keep up the brilliant work Nabilah. And thank you for your professionalism and support. </p>
