MY WOW EXPERIENCE

<p>On Wednesday, 26th May 2017 between 2030hrs and 2045hrs my car was hit from behind. As i came to terms on what had just happened and got out of my car, i had barely been in contact with the driver of the other car when i received a call from a polite but concerned gentleman from Discovery Insure who wanted to know from me if i was ok. He further prodded to know whether i needed any assistance with contacting the Police, Ambulance,or Tow truck. I assured him that i was well and would be able to drive my car. He then further advised me to get as much detail from the accident scene including pictures if i could and also to report the matter to the police within 24hrs. I NEED TO MENTION THAT THIS WAS BARELY 5 MINUTES FROM THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT. The polite gentleman (whose name i cannot remember) further informed me that he will foward my incident to the claims department for processing. On Friday, 28th April (27th was a public holiday) whilst seated at my office, i received a call from Discovery Claims department (Ms. Tarryn Marais) who processed my claim with ease. I am now in the process of getting my car assessed for damages and repair.</p> <p>i have watched and listened to adverti*****ts on Radio and TV about Discovery Insurance turn around time following an accident but thought that this was just a commerical stunt to woo customers until i became the victim. </p> <p>i WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT I WAS TRULY WOWED BY THE CALL FROM DISCOVERY INSURANCE, IT WAS EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED. THANK YOU DISCOVERY INSURE. THE WHOLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
