My vehicle disapear for 3 days!

I bumped my car on Thursday afternoon, and I took it to a panel beater in Brackenfell on Friday around lunch time. I was told that the car must not be driven, I can seize the engine, so I phone Discovery Insure, and they arranged for my vehicle to be towed to another panel beaters in Brackenfell, which is actually on the system and authorized. Monday afternoon 3:30 I called to find out what is happening, as I have heard nothing the whole day, and nobody could tell me where my car is. I called again on Tuesday, and by 4pm I was told it is in Cape Town somewhere. It is fitted with a tracking device: DQ track, as per Discovery Insure's instruction, but yet they did not 'know where it is'<br> Today I am told than there will only be an Assessor sent to it today, and it will take another 3 days for the report. REALLY!??<br> By then it is exactly a week later and NOTHING has been done to it in terms of repair work <br> I need immediate answers as to 1)why my vehicle was towed to a different location then that which was arranged with me, and 2) why it takes them 3 days to locate it, and why I must do all the follow up calls and 3) when I can have it fixed and back in my possession.<br>
