My Service Hero - Zunaid Joseph

I burst 2 tyres and called Discovery hoping at least to get a tow truck to some place for fixing.

Zunaid Joseph answered my call and asked me my preferred tyre service provider I just asked for whoever was nearest. After assuring me that the tow truck was on its way.... he called me back with 2 options, I said I would prefer Supa Quick Lenasia.

Already it was almost 4:15pm and they close at 5pm. He took it upon himself to call the dealer make sure they have the right size tyres and to please stay open for me.

He kept calling me to make sure that I'm ok and that the truck has arrived. Once my car was on it's way Zunaid called Supa Quick as it was going past 5pm and we were stuck in traffic and made sure that the service provider was still there after 5pm when I ultimately got there.

Supa Quick changed my tyres with a smile even when I had arrived late, before long i was on my way.

Zunaid made his final call once i told him I'm on my way and the car was driving perfectly. Thank you Discovery Insure for providing professional service in the form of Zunaid, to me he far exceeded my expectations.
