My own insurer trying to sell a policy that I already have with them - clearly clueless...

Just now I received yet another phone call (I say yet another call because they also called me the whole of last week) from Discovery Insure - trying to sell their insurance to me - which I find mind boggling since they are in fact already my insurer??!! These guys are clearly clueless - when I find the time I'll phone around to rather get quotes from other insurers as besides this their entire "Tyger Wheel and Tyre annual check" is also just a complete waste of time and money - simply another way of 1. forcing you to spend/waste time and money on having to go there every year - only for some clueless agent to "inspect the safety of your vehicle" (even though the people doing these check are in some cases clearly admin staff and not technician by any means - and even if you can prove that you did in fact take your vehicle to actually get a proper service at the manufacturer's service agency during that same week!) - and 2. telling you almost every single time that you are due for new tyres, i.e. just another way of milking you for more and more money... not impressed...
