My gratitude and thanks

I interacted with Aretha from Discovery Insure on the 22 August 2020. My car which was parked at home would not start. My car starting problem was resolved without delay. Aretha was most helpful and professional. She called me twice thereafter, once to inform me how long before a service provider will assist me and later again to ensure I was assisted and if all was fine. The return calls from Aretha was most comforting and reassuring in my hour of need especially in today's uncertain certain times. It is pleasing to know people like her do really care
