My first ever insurance ***** listing

With them 2014. Nevwr claimed before. Claimed foe ring missing/ ****** in home. Now they say..without deedback I committed *****. The accessor phones me saying it might happen and I nees to change insurance..what advise is this. Cant lie when taking out insurance!! Now I can not take out anybinsurance due to them saying I committes fraued. My wife's ring went missng in May 2017. We hoped it would appear foe somewhere..thats why we aited a couple of months before claiming. DI states you need to claim within 30 days..What..so next time I will claim day after ring goes missing..anyway then we have Mickey accessor who gives wrong advise.Our facts was not perfect due to time that past and my and my wife gave sifderent opimions on what could have happened..Im not to worried by the claim..but I cant get insured due to their panel that decided Im commiting fruad. Till tofmday..13 dec 17..have not received any letter.
