My experience with Discovery Insure has been disappointing

My experience with Discovery Insure has been disappointing. After a recent collision that resulted in my car being written off, I encountered significant delays and poor communication regarding my claim. Despite being a loyal customer, there was no follow-up, leaving me feeling abandoned and frustrated. I had to constantly chase updates, facing delays and excuses each time. There was also a lack of proactive communication and support, with no offers for counseling or check-ins after the accident. Due to these ongoing issues, I have decided to switch to another insurance provider. I expect better service and communication from an insurance company, and Discovery Insure failed to meet those expectations. I hope this feedback helps improve their customer service and communication in the future.
