MY EXPERIENCE WITH DISCOVERY INSURE

I would like to take this opportunity to express my whole hearted appreciation to firstly Discovery Insure for having dealt with my first vehicle insurance in the manner your staff did. Let me start by adding that the burden and the stress that I endured over this past week-end following the accident and subsequent damage to my vehicle is hardly felt now having been attended to so promptly and with no difficulties at all. Secondly allow me to thank Ms Natasha Ellapa Gounden- a consultant who clearly shows empathy and understanding at times like this. Madam your patience and the way you went about meticulously explaining the process that I needed to follow was well received and I congratulate you on your work ethic - clearly Discovery Insure has made a perfect choice in tasking you with such responsibilities! Well Done to you. Thirdly I would also like to express my thanks to my Consultant Mr Mohamed Suleman - firstly for accepting my frantic call on the Sunday morning ffg. the accident, and secondly for calling me....yes, calling me on Monday morning - and had the time to take my listen to my side of the events and painstakingly record the events that I was able to muster together having still not recovered from the shock of Saturday night. and lastly I wish to express my thanks to NET ASSESS - Prinalen (not sure if I captured his name correctly), for his patience and explanation throughout the assessment of the vehicle. Discovery Insure, Natasha, Mohamed Suleman and Net Assess.....WHAT A TEAM!!! Discovery Insure you made my stressful weekend literally a "thing of the past". I thought that having not gathered details of the third party during the accident that my claim process was going to be another stressful experience - boy was I, and am still surprised.
