My experience with Discovery Insurance

I had a very bad experience with Discovery Insure until my call was answered by Kamogelo Mmatli. He did almost everything in his power to address my problem, kept me informed on a weekly basis. i have spoken to almost 5 people before him, all making promises knowing quite well that, its not possible to keep. are these people too junior to make a decision or do not know what to do or do not know who to refer the problem to in order to get a solution ? am waiting for my refund now, thanks to you Kamogelo.
