Annelize Meyer is truly an asset to Discovery Insurance,

My experience I have called Discovery Insurance several times to log my 3rd party claim, I had come through some blocks, calls cutting and delays.

When I got hold of Annelize Meyer, now things changed I felt that someone really cared about my issue, she was so helpful in many ways. She even called me back when the call cut off was awesome, not having to start explaining from the beginning again, Although liabilities are not part of her line of work, she directed me to the correct channels and todate is still assisting me.

She is such an asset to Discovery insurance even as a 3rd party claim, she drives her professional, caring and resolution drive that not many individuals have (from my experience dealing with call centres) , I see that she goes beyond her daily duty by not just passing on claims request but has such a dynamic drive to provide assistance, follow through and give feedback to non-discovery clients showing that we all are important to Discovery.

A Company/ service provider is as good as the front runners, those that deal with the public day in and day out (they have to deal with our anger, frustration and attitude) they generally make or break the company/ service provider is saying this Annelize Meyer more than carries out her duties she shows so much passion, dedication and loyalty for her job with her approach in dealing with the public and our frustrations.

Currently I am thinking of moving my insurance cover from my current service provider to Discover as long as we have people like Annelize Meyer there.

Thank you Annelize Meyer. I really appreciate your assistance and professional drive in your job. You are truly an asset to your company. I hope Discovery Insurance notes this.
