My Claim hasn't been solved in 5 months

I submitted a claim 5 months ago and even today Discovery Insurance can't assist me. Yolande Markham has been useless with assisting me as she always keeps my calls on hold, hangs up or promises to get back to me. They clearly don't care about their client's. Yolande sends emails saying the repairs are in progress but when I call the panel beater they waiting for the insurance.
