My car at risk because of negligence
This is unacceptable... I have been calling and calling discovery insure about my cover after I changed my banking details, made manual payment and sent proof of payment. I also made a follow up then the next thing I get an email saying that my cover is suspended putting my car at risk..... What kind of service is this?

I made manual payments ended reversing for March because I kept calling and told it will be sorted...This morningi called again for April manual pay(after the suspension email).. I Am still waiting for the email that confirms the inconvenience being sorted. Just hope the inconvenience won't affect my cover when I have to claim, since all this is putting my cover at risk!!
