My broker is the best

I have not had to claim anything ever, but I do have to say that dealing with my broker Adele Hagemann is always a pleasure. It feels like she knows me and my family and it honestly feels like it's the last place where I actually have human contact with a real human being who is friendly and helpful. Wherever I got these days, I'm having to deal with bots and or flesh and blood humans reading off scripts and unempowered to solve problems. I started using Adele before she moved to Discovery and all I can say is that Discovery is very lucky to have someone of her calibre in their fold.
