2 very excellent members of Discovery Insure. We were left stranded for several hours. Due to METRO TOWLINES & RECOVERIES CC been so *********** and rude. A person Named Bilaal called to say can we wait and if it's urgent. My frustration grew. My husband is a cardiac patient with 2 stents and a loop recorder. And this Towing company wanted to use us as a money making scheme. I eventually called Waseem on his cell to told of my dismay and distress and predicament...

He took action and helped us.

Mpho was so kind and understood my fury. My suggestion is to remove REG_METRO TOWLINES & RECOVERIES CC with immediate effect from the discovery road side assistance.

The Towing company called Another Star Towing & RECOVERY was so prompt efficient and caring.. Brought us home safely.

Please always use them.
