Mthatha Panelcity panelbeaters via discovery insurance

The appointed panel beaters was the worst service ever, I had requested for another panel beater but insurance insisted that it’d be fine, they gave us and the insurance hell on getting any updates up until the car hire expired, when collecting the car we didn’t receive the replaced parts as other dealerships/panelbeaters usually do, they have very ***** customer service the bullbar of the car was removed to fix the insured parts of the car and on collection they told us they can’t give it back as it’s for insurance to take but when I called discovery they said there’s no such thing they was supposed to hand it back so I need clarity for insurance to affirm this with them been trying to get ahold of the panel beaters but are now giving us the run around saying they’ve discarded them, they removed the bullbar of the car and are not giving straight answers as to why they didn’t give it back on collection of the car or when we can collect it as it is rightfully our property, I’m having to make this complaint through to discovery because I’m failing to reach their appointed panel beater for assistance as to where my bullbar is!
