I needed my car battery charged before taking my son to school tomorrow morning, I left it till very late in the day because of an immense amount of work that I had to get through, from the minute Msuthukazi answered my call I felt taken care of, just the right amount of care and concern without being over bearing or over friendly, just calm, professional, - did everything she said she was going to do, really nice voice - to me a perfect embodiment of Discovery
