Very satisfied with the service I received from Shamaine Naidoo. I contacted Discovery to request a letter stating that I had not claimed from them (because another insurer could not beat the premium I am paying at Diacovery). Ms Naidoo offered to check if my premium could be reduced. My premium went down by R200.
