I am so sick of Discovery Insure, I was involved in a car accident on the 08 October 2019 where their client bumped me from the back and acknowledged that he was at fault, they declined his claim and mine as a third party with a very stupid explanation that their client did not comply with their policy conditions, so my question is what does that have to do with me as I was never wrong and why does their client pay for a third party if they still cannot be covered. What annoys me the most is that Presha Kassen was the one to send me an email saying they decline the claim ,but I cannot never get hold of her ,instead I always speak to different people who are very impatient and they keep telling me that the email explains everything that I need to know. So much for service from Discovery as a result I don’t have a car as that was my only vehicle .I never even thought that a big company like Discovery would be so inhuman and very unprofessional, I guess it’s a lesson that even if I wanted to get an insurance from them I must really think twice.I will never recommend them to anyone.
