Mrs Lethabo Makgolane - Did an amazing job!

Mrs Lethabo Makgolane (Non-Motor Consultant - Discovery Insure -Claims) handled my recently claim amazingly well. What I would like to highlight is: -Patient, -Fast, precise & Efficient -She did her best to follow all small instructions & request her client requested such as called me back, rep**** via email when i asked, etc. -She did her best to really do not stress the situation so the whole operation was smooth. -She followed up with the currier & third parties involved and keeps me updated every day or every step. -She was clear and simple.

I hope Discovery use this to train their staff and maybe give more opportunities for employees like these ones to build more like them. I'm with Discovery for over 10 yrs and this was one of the most easier and smooth processes where I needed to do very little and I did need to follow up on my side but I felt secure with Lethabo. You actually saved Discovery from losing a long client as i was really thinking to leave after so many problems I faced this year....
