I will like to thank Hellopeter for this platform so i can express my frustration further, this what we experiencing is not good for our health.

We currently experiencing poor services from Monument PB and Discovery Car Insurance(Share Value), is been 3 months now going to 4 Months our car is still not ready to be collected.

We being promised heaven and earth but nothing has been done or completed with our car. Everytime time we are told that the car will be ready but when we arrive at Monument PB in Krugersdorp the car is not ready for pick up. This kind of service is unacceptable and *********** they don't put customers as their 1st priorities as a results it leaves us as customers with bitterness in our mouth. And on top of Discovery car Insurance is not helping at all, and wr paying every month without fail.

Today I call them and we where promised again heaven and earth that before the end of the day we will have our car in our position, and guess what we still waiting for their call!!!!!!?

We need help and we need this matter to be attended as matter of urgency, we are the members of Discovery and we want to know what is Discovery saying that their clients are receiving such poor service from their provider(Monument PB in Krugersdorp).

We left our previous insurance(Out surance) thinking that we will receive the best, and yet we getting the worst service .......

I need this matter to be escalated ASAP
