This morning 25/10/2019,I had a pleasant and informative chat with Fundiswa Loza from the Retentions department. I was about to cancel my insurance with the service provider, however her calmness and knowledgeable approach saved the business a client. Thank you once again Fundiswa, you have made my entire weekend. You deserve a WhooSham!
