Mr Samkelo Bholo from Sandton Place- Fitment Center- Customer Service deserves the biggest round of applause for going above the call of duty when it comes to ensuring that Discovery Insure Customers get the best service there is. When i went in for a fitment of a DQ Tracker on arrival i was greeted with the warmest smile and he also made it his duty to ensure that i was well informed of where the warmest refreshments were served. Also which for me was the highlight of the day as i had to wait for a whole hour, he also was detailed in explaining how i was to access the WiFi which made my stay a super pleasant one. Starting with raving to my friends and family on how excellent Discovery Insure was as i had been treated like a Queen and my story on its own was convincing enough for them to join the best Insurance Company there is.
