Hi good morning . I need to share a terrible experience I've been having with discovery insure . I had a small mishap with my car on the 12th of August and I replaced the tyre damaged as a result of the accident . On the 14th if August I logged the claim . I then had it assessed and informed them of the tyre purchase and the assessor noted it on the assessment. My vehicle went in for the repairs which was done and I got the vehicle back two weeks later . That was the 4th of September. I have called discovery every two days since then for the R705.00 for the purchase of my tyre. I've been given the run around ever since and when you do phone and speak to a consultant you politely get told please hold on will get back to you now. You hold on for at least 20 mins and you eventually hang up . All I need is for someone to contact me and verify what is happening with my credits.
