Today I was helped by a gentleman Lehlohonolo Pretorius at Discovery insure in the service department . I could sense from my side that the man was happy to help me . He was happy and friendly. Yes. He did advise me on how i was getting it wrong with the cash backs and how I can improve. I just want say to thank you ever ever so much . I will for sure do everything you have suggesting . And I wish all the best and good health

Today 02.07.2020 . For the very first time , I was provided the best service ever since i have joined discovery insure in April 2019 . The super lady name is Zimkita Sundu she is the Retention Advisor . She really went over- board in insuring that I understand certain aspects about my policy and how i make sure that my policy works or at value to me . After months of creepy service from discovery insure . Today they can safely say ONE Client is secured.
I just wish all MANAGERS at discovery insure can learn from her on how to treat their customers.
