I'm very happy with the prompt assistance i received from Discovery after the Car Dealer (Mazda) changed their initial quotation. Mr Nelson was very professional and polite. My only suggestion is that the broker assisting a client should have a direct contact number for in case of follow ups by the client?. My claim number is ********** .
