Mr Donald Mbashe-Sandton Fitment Centre-Customer Service- Exceeding Customer Service

Mr Donald Mbashe is just an awesome super star from the DQ Tracker Client Servicing Division of Discovery Insure, as i had a fitment booking for 15h00 which i later realised that i needed to change as it clashed with an urgent appointment that i had to fit in on the day. I called to check in the morning if i could move it to earlier with a whole two hours and i was told that Lady Luck was on my side and i could come through earlier which i trully appreciated. Upon arrival i was then greeted with the warmest smile*this for me affirmed i chose the right company as first impressions matter the most*. I was advised efficiently where i had to park the car, then Donald took me through to the Reception Area to await the job being completed on Blue. Inside Donald handed me over to a Mr Samkelo Bholo who followed in Donald's footsteps with excellent client service as was offered coffee which was a perfect complementary drink on the day as it was a chilly Jozi one. This is what Client Servicing is about overall as this sure left me so impressed that already while waiting i was raving to my family and friends about how awesome Discovery people were, so you have the best bunch here at Sandton Discovery Place DQ Tracker Installation, do keep them as they are the magical backbone for the company
